I have full knowledge about Export and Import Business .And I am very eager to do that individually . But for that Capital is the main Constraint . I don't have enough funds for investing . How can i raise funds . Can anybody suggest me any instituion or individuals who can help me by providing funds .

But i am not in a position to show any security for the same .

I am in Sivakasi , an industrial town called as MiniJapan located in South India , Tamilnadu .It's famous for Printing Industries , Matches Manufacturing and Fireworks ( Fancy Crackers ) .

Hope i can get a suitable answer for my question from you people .

THE HOUSE I WANT IS FOR SALE THROUGH AN AGENT BUT I WANT TO APPROACH THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE TO GET THEM TO SELL THEIR HOUSE TO ME BELOW THE 3% BRACKET THEN GIVE THEM THE OTHER MONEY THEY WANT ON TOP OF SAY £249.000.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO THIS?
THE 3% WILL COST EXTRA £11.000 I WOULD NEED TO OPEN A BUSINESS TO AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE HOUSE

I live in NY and have an old Roth IRA from when I was younger. It has less than $10,000. My wife has a 401K with around $5,000 from her job that she quit. I also have a 457 that has a lot of money that I still contribute to regularly. I know that the Roth and 401K are dead, that is, I wont be putting into either. Can I do anything with these investments or combine them or anything?
