I have previously owned a small business and am looking to start up again. If anyone knows where to find angel investors or are interested themselves please let me know. Upon request I can furnish past earning statements, income/expense reports, etc.

at least you know the right terminology. that puts you ahead of 99% of the other people here.

Angels tend to be very local ... and almost certainly so for a 'small business'. Thus, you'll find him/her in your community.

The how is the trick. Ask everyone [literally everyone] you can think of if they know someone who can help you find such Angels. Your old accountant, banker, and suppliers are starting places.
