I'm sorry I'm having problems trying to word the question. Over the past two weeks I've had 17 consecutive winning bets on tennis favourites. My bank is £50 and I started with a £2 stake. I average a 5% win on each bet and I add it to the bank of £50. Then I bet one twentieth of whatever the bank is for that day. So I'm thinking that if I go on like this I might have enough to retire at the end of the year! Thank you. Frank.

This quote is from Yahoo! Finance at 11:38 AM Central Time, Tuesday April 10th. The price range is clearly wrong since the current price is is $31.03, and the chart of the price for the last year shows the price dropping barely below $30 only a couple of times, but nowhere near $15.92. I guess this isn't so much a question since I'm sure it's an error, I am just looking for commentary or ideas on how this happened, and am concerned about accuracy in stock pricing. Thanks

I'm tired of my bank offering me .27% per month (compound). Can anyone tell me of a relatively safe place to invest money that would offer 1%-2% per month? I've looked into the forex market and it seems to risky. I just want my money to work for me, not the institution it's invested in.

Is it REALISTIC to assume that if someone were a ABOVE AVERAGE day trader to expect them be able to earn around $350 per day from RELATIVELY low risk trades with up to 25k of investing capital.

I know that analyst upgrades and news of mergers/acquisitions typically cause stocks to rise, but what else is there out there that will almost guarantee a rise?

I have loked into everything else, from dividends to Earnings reports, but the chances of these rising are about fifty/fifty.. what do you investory typically look for to buy into?

VATICAN CITY (AP) -- In a joint press conference in St. Peter's Square this morning, MICROSOFT Corp. and the Vatican announced that the Redmond software giant will acquire the Roman Catholic Church in exchange for an unspecified number of shares of MICROSOFT common stock.
