What kind of collective investment should I use?

Want to start an relatively small collective investment scheme with where I collect money from people here and invest it in the US stock markets, with the following charactheristics:

* Registered and located offshore (Central America)
* Invest mainly in US markets
* Only local citizens/residents may invest
* Pay low or no taxes in the US
* Simple registration procedure
* Makes use of online brokers.
* May short sell, hedge, use options freely without restrictions, as individual investors do.
* There's only one (main) account is registered to my company in the broker.

tnx

Ok I have this invention I already pay almost $4,000 just in researching through ISC and Davison (Invention Companies) Now both of them charge outrageous amounts of money just to make a prototype and to submit my invention to manufacturers. Davison charges almost $20,000 for making a prototype and submitting to manufacturers, and ISC charges about $10,000 just for submitting it to manufaturers with no prototype. I don't have that kind of money to pay. The $4,000 I had to pay off with a Credit Card.

Any suggestions.

I am about to open my first ever Roth IRA account, and I know the general concept of how it works, but I need clarification on a couple of things.

I will most likely do this through TDAmeritrade. Once I open an account and deposit $4,000 in it, can I buy anything??
Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Stocks? Also can I trade within my account? For example, if I buy an ETF today and it goes up 10% in the next month, can I just sell it?

Do I need to invest all $4,000 or can I just let some of that money sit there for a little while?

Please help, thanks to all!

Does sharebuilder charge $15.97 per trade no matter how many shares are you buying or selling in each trade.

Do you get more profit from more shares or less shares. I started investing in shares and use sharebuilder. i bought 2 shares. They charge $15.97 per trade.at this time i am gaining only $1.00 per share. If i sell they will charge me $15.97 more. so in total they will charge me about $31 and i'll get only $2.00 per share profit.

Please help???

During that year, we would like to see that $10,000 make a little money for us if possible, so we can put it down on some property when we get back to the states. husband is military if that qualifies us for any great plan or anything... any ideas?
