Let's say I have a group of Investors that are willing pony up a Million Bucks to start a Mutual Fund. How do you get started? What is the process for starting an ETF?

ETF don't know. For a USA mutual fund, you need at least $50,000 for set up fees. First step, hire a business lawyer. By the way, $1 million is not nearly enough. In order to keep fees reasonable, start with about $50 million. And even then, you may need to forget steak dinners, keep some macaroni and cheese handy.

aha this is not an easy task and depends on the country you want to start this fund and what nation the the investors have. you can check tha off-shore destinations like the virgin island, cayman islands, or lichtenstein.
