I am doing some research on companies that have become publicly traded on the London Stock Exchanges (LSE & AIM) and I am looking for a website where I can view the "Publication of Prospectus" and "Publication of Final Terms", which are documents that are required to be filed before the company begins trading. These documents are similar to the "S-1" and the "424B4" which are filed in the U.S. with the SEC before a company begins trading. These documents can be found at www.edgar-online.com for U.S. exchange traded companies. I believe there is a similar website for foreign companies. Thank you for your help.

I work for a medium sized technology company in Silicon Valley. I have been participating in the company 401k plan for 5 years. Every once in a while the 401k funds available to us change completely. Even the funds that are doing spectacularly well. I can never get a straight answer from our 401k plan administrator or the company that provides us with the plan, as to why funds are added and dropped at will. Apparently there is a board of trustees that manages the company 401k and decides which funds to make available.

Being a salesperson myself, I am guessing that this Board of Trustees has other incentives to choose one company's 401k mutual fund over another. How does this work exactly? Are these board members given kickbacks and free lunches when approached by new fund administrators?

I realize that the usual answer is no, but I'm wondering if there is a loophole that may allow American citizens who are permanently living in the UK. In principle, I am here on a five-year work permit (as of 2006), because this is all they will allow, but I am here on a permanent basis as a tenured university professor and so this will be continually renewed. I have already bought and sold a house in the UK, so this is a form of investment; many banks ininitially turned down my mortgage requests citing a informal "3 year rule" that one must live in the UK for that period of time to successfully apply for a mortgage. However, eventually I found a major bank willing to supply the mortgage given my employment here and the fact that I now call the UK home. I'm wondering if there may similarly be caveats when it comes to diversifying my funds in UK.

and how they effect the price ? Is that true that for a market order, the price you pay is greater than the ask price you see now ? By the way how fast are those data updated on yahoo finance ?
As you see this question is mixed of several questions; you are welcome to answer a part or the entire thing. And thanks for taking time in advance.
