Is there a website where the prospectuses of publicly traded companies in the UK can be viewed?

I am doing some research on companies that have become publicly traded on the London Stock Exchanges (LSE & AIM) and I am looking for a website where I can view the "Publication of Prospectus" and "Publication of Final Terms", which are documents that are required to be filed before the company begins trading. These documents are similar to the "S-1" and the "424B4" which are filed in the U.S. with the SEC before a company begins trading. These documents can be found at www.edgar-online.com for U.S. exchange traded companies. I believe there is a similar website for foreign companies. Thank you for your help.
