this company said they make u invest in a piece of land in uk, then over 4-5 yrs after they sell it, u get to get at least triple of the initial amount u invested. Is it a hoax?

I feel realy stupid asking this, but here goes.....how does one go about rolling over their 401k from the old company "a" to current employer company "b"?
