A=1 and B=8 then B/AxPrice of stock is your new stock price.
Here suppose if your stock is $20, your new stock price will be 8/1 x 20 = 160. Consolidation I mean reverse split.

You get one share of stock for every eight shares you owned at that time.
So if you owned 8000 shares, you would end up with 1000 after a 1:8 reverse split.
