I have been offered a job with a consulting firm and as part of the incentive package they included a lot of stock options, "... at a specific strike price TBD based on 2007 option plan".
1. So my first question is what is a stock option and what can I do with them.
2. What do you think they mean by a "specific" strike price? Could different people be offered different strike prices?
3. Third question is how do I determine the value of this incentive?

Thankyou for helping me understanding this.
Tom

Okay my Roth IRA right now is in a bank that charges an annual fee of 20 dollars. I hate that and I want to change my financial institution but I am not sure to what. I tried New York Life but the branch in Reno sucks. My question is....do any of you have your IRA's invested in a good place? What is it and is there fees?

Now -- anyone know how FTU shares translate into Wachovia shares? ex. If I own 10 shares of FTU - how many of WB is that?

The person with definitive and correct information shall be effusively praised and will hold good kharma for several days.
