first point share means sharing, which means company sharing some business with customer, and shares means nothing u are investing some amt in that companies business, and when the company in profits its raises their share value
the place where, business process for all shares and its called share market which is also called stoack exchange
and finally sensex means this is shows the ratio and face values and share market status and other related information of share market and shares.

Please read Mr.A.N.Shanbhag' book "In the Wonderland of Investment". It has all the answers to most questions that you are going to ask in this manner.Do some home work before asking others for help.Otherwise you will get misguided by people playing pranks on you. Investment is serious business.Don't play with it just because you hear someone using the word play there.
