Provided you would hold the deed to the home, car titles, ownership of business property and major equipment, and anything else that could be used to secure at least 75% of the loan, would you consider it regardless of credit as long as the business plan is solid and the idea is viable?

I have about $1500 dollars in I bonds and cash and checks. They told me to get them all together and they will invest in something which will make me more interest. Should I? I am the kind of person who is comfortable without a whole lot of change in my life. I am pretty happy with the I bonds in my safe, but dont wanna be stupid about it all.

All transactions have a buyer and seller right? So what makes the different when watching streaming stock transactions? Also, lets say the Bid is 1.00 and the ask is 1.01. If I sell, I sell it for 1, if I buy, I buy it for 1.01. But if I sell it for 1, isn't someone at the same time buying it from me for 1? So how come I can't do that?

Thanks in advance

I’m hoping to get some realistic and sound advice on investing. I’m in my early 20s, and know that I would like to retire early, and be able to live comfortably along the way.
I understand that because of my age, I can take more ‘risks’ in the investment category (rather then just buying government bonds), but I’m not sure where to start. I’m to busy to invest on my own (ie; e-trade, etc) so, I would like to find a company with a great reputation and even better ‘consumer reports’.
If anyone knows of any good places to start, then please send the information on my way. Thank you! :-)
