Are you asking about Evolving Systems, Inc? The same (now penny) stock that's been in a steady downtreand for two years?
My answer is NO!
In fact, if you can get in at the high, near where it closed today, I might consider short selling it!
They probably just put out one of those spam emails to sucker more people in. They bought in today and will see their "results" in the next week or so.
Do as you will, but I would definitely NOT invest in EVOL, at least not to the upside. :-)
