I heard on news that Americans steal $50 Billion worth of stationary from offices every year. Great going! Assuming 200 million working adults, thats about $250 per person per year!! So what do you pick up from office--and what is its value--on a per year basis. Would you consider it stealing or just perks?

I swear it's not me. I've recently changed my phone-number and since then Rent-A-Center calls me three times a day even though I explain to them that I'm not a customer of theirs. I imagine their customer escaped with no address but how do I expalin that to them?

I went into my local Wells Fargo bank to report an unauthorized charge. They could not help me. I was told to call the 800 number. Some background: Frontier Airlines put an unauthorized charge on my checking account. Which made my account bounce....so I called. I was put on hold, transferred, disconected and discouraged by the poor service. This went on for two days. On monday, my account was charged $2.00 for calling 800 customer service. When i inquired why this charge, I was told, "if you call the 800 number for information that you can get automated instead, you will be charged." I ask who determines this charge. I was told "the computer" I ask, :"what about people like the elderly who don't use a computer or automated system?" She could not answer. Since when does a bank customer get charged a fee to talk to the bank? and since when does the local manager have no power to fix fraud.

The e-mail they sent me gave instructions to contact their person via e-mail or phone, but the number they provided is no good, and no one has responded to my e-mail. Norton Finance is supposedly their finance bank, and the money has been "deposited "there waiting for me to designate a place for them to deposit to me. The letter was signed Mrs Karin Meijer, Lottery Coordinator, my contact person's name is Mr Theo van Baasten and the e-mail I responded to was infonorton@aim.com

Wal Mart dosen't want to donate old food to homeless shelters, or food banks for poor families. Wal Mart instead throws the food away. I think it should be donated. What do you think?

I did my own trademark application quite a while back, and it has just been ofically accepted.

However, in the USPTO search, under the subheading "Transformed into a National Application", it shows NO.

What does this mean, and is it something that I need to follow up with? Thanks.

I have been extended a very generous offer to go work for a competitor. My question is for those that have told thier bosses that they will be moving on. How did you break the news to your boss (one that I really like and have learned a ton from), How did the other employes act towards you for the remaining two weeks? Please take a minute and tell me about your situation and the end result!

I look forward to your ANSWERS!!
