The e-mail they sent me gave instructions to contact their person via e-mail or phone, but the number they provided is no good, and no one has responded to my e-mail. Norton Finance is supposedly their finance bank, and the money has been "deposited "there waiting for me to designate a place for them to deposit to me. The letter was signed Mrs Karin Meijer, Lottery Coordinator, my contact person's name is Mr Theo van Baasten and the e-mail I responded to was infonorton@aim.com

This sounds like a scam to me. If they ask for your banking information, that should send up a red flag. don't give out any information. If you didn't enter the lottery on your own, you probably didn't win.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Don't give out any personal information!
