I use Verizon for just 'local' phone service. Prior to last month it was always approx. $30....last month it was $44 and this month it is $53. I have read the bill three times and can't figure it out. there are no long distance charges on it.

My friend currently runs a corporation. I work as his secretary and he wants to add my name to
his s corp business checking account. However, he overdrafts his checking account a lot and I was
wondering if it would effect me since I have a good relationship with the bank on my personal
accounts? Thanks for any advice

Hi! Can you tell me if this order of power is correct for corporations: board director, board members, ceo, (coo?), president, vice president. Can the CEO override every decision made by everybody else (except the board director and board). Is there a way to make it impossible for the board director to be kicked off the board? Can the board director overrule everything?

Hope it's not too much for you!!

I called the woman about the contest and she told me to go cash the check. I was thinking sometimes things are to good to be true but people do win prizes and I will find out when I call them Monday. People win the lottery all the time.

I went to Fry's to buy a PDA and the saleperson had less knowledge than I on the product. So left. I called Circuit City and they give me false information. And when i went there I found out that there is a restocking fee... i was told otherwise. Still I purchased the PDA. How do i handle these immature teens that dont care about service... Managers just apologize and that doesnt take back the time or money i've wasted. Any solutions or alternative to dealing with stupid salespeople?
