My family & I where waiting in line to place an order when a lady walked in to return her order. She showed the counter person that she had bitten into a leg and it was bloody inside. They told the lady that if she could just wait 5 minutes they would take care of the problem. When they gave her a new box she refused to except it, she pulled the piece out that she had bitten into and showed them that it was also in the box. They had dumped the whole box of chicken into a fryer with everyone else's to recook it and gave it back to her. We immediately left and went to Church's Chicken instead!
