I don't personally, but take them to a bank and have the Investment person do a lookup there. They can do that and also a retail or online brokerage firm can do the same. By the way do you have an account at an online broker? if you do email them maybe they can help.

If you don't have an account with them ask them anyway they may be able to help. The worst that they can say is no we can't help you because you have no account...GL

Check with the office of the Secretary of State of the state of New York. They should be able to tell you the history and status of the company.

contact your bank or a broker they will be able to help you with that and maybe a tax attorney as well good luck,,,,,,
