They only have to pay you for the hours you worked. They don't even have to pay your accrued vacation! Arizona employment law sucks.

Ralfcoder is wrong. They have to pay you up to the time they fired you it is the law in the US. If you don’t get paid. You need to contact the department of workforce in your state and file a complaint. If you got fired get documentation you can get unemployment now.

Legally, I imagine that any employer has to pay you for the actual time you have worked. So I hope you are keeping GOOD records.

If you get fired, why should you receive a dime more? The whole idea of being fired is to get you off the premises and off the payroll.

i assume you mean your final check - regular payday ( careful with the phrasing i almost answered as the above did ) ( and the below - you did mean your last paycheck right ? or are you the idiot they think you are ?)
