I despise this corporate lous of a "coffeeshop". Their coffee is disgusting, they are spreading everywhere like a disease, their shops are all the same, and it is not a freidnly environment. Also, every one I have been forced to go to has had bad service and unfriendly people. Plus, each time I used to order something there my order was screwed up. I really hate this place, hate their stupid green mermaid logo, and hate the fact that they are just another example of the WTO's power among many other things.

I get in line at electronics for a TV that there was only 6 of. An associate directs me to a line in layaway. As I'm waiting in layaway, Asst. Mgr. comes out & says the line is in electronics. I go back and start a line by the TV's. A little before 5a, he starts handing out tickets and people start complaining that they were there longer. He gave half the tickets to our line and the other half to the other line but people were still complaining.He asks the cashier who was there first (like she would know of the hundreds there). So he says the tickets he gave us are null and void. My question is do i have any recourse?

This is regarding a drilling rig we want to hire. The Contractor needs to invest $36 million for buying the new rig. Supposing 15% residual value remains after 10 years period then how do we calculate IRR and what is the significance of having 12% & 10% IRR. Contractor has shown following annual values in a table for 10 years - Revenue, cash cost, operating cash flow (Revenue-cash cost), Rig capex, Working Capital & cumulative cash flow (rig Capex+working capital - annual cash flow). These have been worked out for 10 years and rig capex reduces by 85% in 10 years time. Contractor has calculated IRR with these figures. But how is not known to us.
Your help in understanding this concept would be highly appreciated.

Hey hey, I know this is really dumb of me to ask but I reallllly want this Laptop:

HP Pavilion dv2000t ....or a cool laptop with 1GB or more

I have a Sony laptop now but i can't sell it or anything, because no one will buy it. It keeps on freezing and heating up, and it has a LOUD fan.

So if there are any GENEROUS people out there who are willing to spend a lil extra money, and buy it for me, i would sooo appreciate it!! I am a college student, and i don't even get financial aid, and im in the process of becoming a Nurse, and Im 18 years old and dont have a job yet! LoL, although i do volunteer in the ER durin spare time. Well thanks so much to everyone , and happy holidays :-)

Im even willing to trade the one i have now for a new laptop. :-( pleeeeeaseee

I want a television on sale with limited supplies. I never stand in line before to wait on a store to open. I was thinking of being at the store at 4am and it open at 5am. Are should I arrive earlier than 4. I need advice from Wal-Mart customers who did this before.
