C S is a financial advisor or whatever that claims they can lower your credit cards apr's to 6.99 % if you qualify. They guarantee to save you $2,500.00 or they'll refund the $695.00 they charge to do this. That They claimed would be taken out of the $ they saved me Also any other dept you owe with a high apr they will deal with them as well. This was a one time payment and would stick with me for the rest of my life on anything I got on credit. When he sent me to varifications they were going to record the conversation, the lady ask before I start the recording , "Did the guy quote a fixed apr ?" I said yes . She said on the recording I cant guarantee a specific apr amount , i can only guarantee to save you @ least $2500 savings . I became really skeptic and then she said honestly we can drop your apr's but not as much as he quoted. It seemed to good to be true. Guess it was . Has anyone heard of this company Card Services? Please give me any info ,thank s Cindy

A newly set up company expected to commence operations after six months wishes to acquire an existing profitable business in the same segment. Resources is not a constraint. Agreement in principle has been reached with the partners of the firm. I am not sure but the assets of the firm will have to be revalued and the firm may end up paying capital gains tax. The capital base of the company may go up substantially and the debt may also go up as per the agreement as no immediate cash transfer is expected.

I run a web site using Yahoo! Merchant solutions that does a good job tracking the page views in real-time. Today at 2:40 PM Pacific time, I had 125 page views according to Yahoo! However, Google Adwords campaign Manager is charging me for 440 clicks. Assuming all the page views came from Google, I am being shorted 315 paid clicks. That is fraud!

My question is Google able to manipulate its earnings through click fraud? Google’s stock price closed on 11-25-2006 at $505.00 per share that remains me of the Internet bubble in the late 90’s that crashed and burned.

Since Google’s main source of income is Adwords and the stock price of a company is set by the revenues, could Google allow the same fraud that can be seen in their Adsense model also take place in Adwords.

FYI about Adsense Fraud. The way it works is someone sets up a Web site with a keyword, say “carrot juice” and puts minimal text that says something about carrot juice, recipes, etc. They then surround the text content wi

You know the scams where someone, usually from Africa with really bad writing skills, tells you they need your help to transfer money. They transfer it to your bank and then to theirs and they'll give you a certain percantage of the money for your help. All you have to do is give them your bank details.

I get these every day, and I'm not exaggerating. Today I got 8 of them. Yet my other email address doesn't get any. So why does one address get so many?

So, how stupid do you feel that you cancelled the Layaway plan? Thought you'd get loads of $$ in credit card sales did ya? HA, that's what you get for being greedy! Most people (NOT ALL) that shop at Walmart, don't have loads of expendable $$ so the low prices and LAYAWAY are perfect for the Christmas season. Now that I've driven a few extra miles to go to KMart and Target due to your screw up, I now see that they have much more to choose from.......

In conclusion, thanx to your idiocy, I am no longer limited to Walmart for my year 'round purchases.

Man, I hope the fool that suggested cancelling Layaway just before Christmas is not making alot of money, he/she sure isn't worth it...... not to mention the morons who actually acted on it.

We are trying to put Christmas gifts on layaway, namely Ipods for our 2 older kids. We looked at Target, but they have no layaway, and apparently there is no KMart around here. Even if they were I don't ever remember them doing layaway. Where can I put them on layaway, so our kids can have the item that is #1 on their list?
