These costs include employees (drivers, maintenance crews, ect), fuel, maintenance of vehicles, insurance, billing and payment processing to name a few. You also should consider the cost (if used) of 3rd party transportation (i.e a carrier to haul frieght for you). Although with the latter you don't need to figure in vehicle expenses since those are the responbility of the carrier.
