Do you think corporate America has sold us short by creating excessive materialistic society and then outsourcing so many jobs?

This question is for business contingency planning. The company is a biothech spin-off (B-Corp) that will obtain and commercialize IP from its parent. B-Corp has funding for further R&D, but does not have funds for litigation (and because no infringement has occurred yet, doesn't need them). How much does a typical case cost? Can the future risk of patent infringement legal fees be handled by contingency arrangements? Which firms work in this area? Is there a threshold value? Do Troll funds perform the same function?

im sorry this is long

british gas are trying to charge me £10 a week on my meter.
i dont ever use that much as i live by myself in a 1bedroomed flat and i am not in most of the time.

i usually use 30p-40p electric a day maxium and suddenly the meter is going down by over £1 a day. i rang up and they said it was because my meter hadnt been changed for 3 years so i owe £113.

i explained that i am currently unemployed and i only get £80 a fortnight and that i cant afford to put that much credit on my meter with my other bills to pay. they said it was tough and i have to pay it back anyway. i havent even lived in that flat 3 years.

i want to change my supplier coz of this. if i did that would i still have to pay this money i shouldnt have to owe?

i really dont know what i should do. can you help?

Did EBay remove there Adult listing catagories from their website?

I noticed recently that there does not seem to be any more adult themed stuff for sale on EBay any longer. There used to be a section where you could by stuff like that after you entered a age verifcation section and they checked to see if you were at least 18 or not.

Any one know what happened on EBay about adult listings stuff?

It seems like so many manufacturers are moving overseas. Do you think Wal-Mart demanding lower prices from their vendors is the reason? Also, I hear so many people say how much they dislike Wal-Mart for so many reasons. Do you think they hurt small, locally owned businesses in their markets?
