I'm asking this question out of frustration with 2 companies I've done business with recently: Citibank and HP. I've decided I will no longer buy from American companies who use call centers located outside of the U.S.

What should i do?
I'm upset as 've always been very patient and talk nicely over the phone. But before a conversation has finished, my colleague
likes to slam the phone on me.
She also talks very rudely on the phone ( even when she asks for help from me to do something )

Who knew a soft drink company could get up to so much mischief. What do you think about Coke and it's ethics? Would you boycott the product?

Google "Coke + ethics" to read up on it or take a peek at some of these.
