I just Wall Street Journaled the two corps and results didn't support the rumor. And let's hope it isn't true. It seems nowadays every industry is being consolidated- with XM and Sirius to the airlines, and now the banking industry? Wells Fargo's AA++ rating would take a tremendous toll.
