So I got a letter in the mail that had a return address of:

Fleet
9674 E. Arapahoe Road #210
Englewood, CO 80112

It said:

Dear _____,

Delivery was attempted at your address between the hours of 1:00-4:00 pm on December 2-, 2--5. Unfortunatly the driver did not find you at home to sign for the delivery. In order to recieve your delivery please call us at (800)568-6474 extension #2490 and leave your name, proper address and proper time for us to re-deliver.

So I called the number and left a message asking for a return call. Nothing. I called back and left a message that I have not ordered a package and to please return my call. Nothing.

I recieved another letter two days later basically saying the same thing and that if I didn't call them back within four days my package would be returned to sender.

I called back again (and I have been leaving my address and telephone number each time) and told them that

I have come across several several of the different companies that have been frauds such as Americap Lending and Exchange Finance Group and I just heard of this one. I found things listed on them on the internet but this doesn't mean that they are a good company someone could have duplicated them. If anyone has information on this company please let me know. My company has now told the firm that RIFS ( Reduction in Force) could occur after quartley results are in and RIFS are in the minds of ALL associates. This takes a toll of every associates mental health. Is this grounds for a law suit?
