Hey, I would love to work for Halliburton in the oil patch. Met some really well off dudes in Thailand this last week and they are now in Kuwait, but had been drilling off the coast of Thailand. VERY happy guys. Money's greater and you don't have to worry about lobbed mortars. You are asking some questions that I am not sure of about culture, however, as a company, they were pretty wise to dump KBR, who I work for...large companies of course are all profit motivated and take really great care of those who add and not subtract from that goal, unlike some of the jewels working for KBR. Green with envy ...good luck on ya!
