As a matter of fact, I have. I quit shopping there that day and have managed to persuade some family and friends to do the same by linking them to the PBS website to watch a Frontline documentary on Wal-Mart. Please do the same. It's horrible what they're doing to this country. The worst thing for me would be strong-arming companies to move to China so that they can sell their products for lower prices, by doing that they managed to shut down Rubbermaid.

i've got not seen it, yet I extremely be attentive to relating to the project. It is going each and all of the some time past to the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust regulations for the time of Theodore Roosevelt's presidency whilst he tried to interrupt up many trusts and monopolies to maintain down client expenditures and curry extra activity interior the "ma and dad shops". I comprehend the conflict, and that i comprehend why an company jointly with Walmart which could handle to pay for to sell products at decrease expenditures hurts the economic device of the beginning companies, yet who can argue with decrease expenditures whilst it potential much less sweat from thy brow?...it somewhat is a blessing and a burden concurrently.

It's just silly. If you are against shopping at Wal-Mart then don't but where else are you going to shop?

Try the local supermarket. Well way back they wiped out little mom and pop specialty markets by selling a variety of goods under one roof how dare they!!!!

You got a locally owned store in your neighborhood? Good. Ask the cashier how much they make, if they have any benefits, and if they pay taxes.

Wal-Mart lowers there prices to bring in people and drive people away from other businesses. I've never heard of anything like that being used by any other company!! (*cough" Target *cough* circuit city *cough* Kroger)

Poor Rubbermaid. Wal-Mart really hurt them. They were struggling in their market due to new competition and a fading brand that needed some revitalization and innovation. Their profits fell till a restructuring and now the company is seeing record numbers.

Whether you like it or not the world is not the same market it was even 10 years ago. Wal-Mart started out like many other companies and has always been really good at what it does. Its a company that has not only brought lower prices and competition to many parts of the country, but new products as well. Wal-Mart’s innovations have saved companies money and raised their profits. AND they are used by other retailers.

The only way to escape the crazy capitalistic market of America is to move to a farm and grow your own food.

I have seen it and I hate wm so much but it did give me a job when I was unemployed for a long time due to tech layoffs. Looking from the inside of wm, you would see the greed, the callousness and the sheer stupidity of company expectations and policies.

Anyone who wishes to not shop at wm has my full support. Maybe a loss of their precious profits would cause them to recognize that money is not the only thing wm was created for.

I haven't shopped at Wal-Mart in over 2 years and won't ever again. They sell cheap products at exorbatant margins of profit, employ part time help at a ratio of 8:1 over full time to avoid benifits and taxes and in general have disgustingly nasty stores. Bottom line...

WAL-MART SUCKS !!!!!!!!!
