Will the USPS accept a 4x6 Photo as a Postcard?

I was going to make a .jpg with birthday party info on it and lable the backside with add'l info & address.

Will the USPS accept this as a postcard?

As a Senior Account Manager in the UK, working for a top ad agency with 5 years experience, how much should I expect to get paid if I move to the US office on a transfer- I will either be a very senior Account Manager or a Junior Account director. Would be great to get a steer. Is it also likely that at this wage I will have 35% tax taken off, this seems like a load more than London! Thanks

However, I don't have a degree in advertising or marketing. Is there any way to work for/with and advertising agency without an advanced colledge degree? Is there a way to establish a relationship with an ad agency perhaps as a freelancer. My interest is primarily in t.v. commercials. Thanks.

I'm going out on my own and starting my own business. Now is a good time since I no longer have any clients so it won't be a conflict of intrest to leave and start my own business because I have no clients currently that I could "steal". Anyway . . .

I live in a rural area and there are no childbirth education classes, no doulas, no LC or any of that. I plan to offer many services for new and expecting mothers: childbirth education, Labor-assistant, post-pardum care, newborn care, lactation consultant, baby-wearing, and more. I want a name that I can use for my email and website so it needs to be rather short.

Ever since they came out with "double" and "triple" size rolls of TP, the single roll is shrinking and with it the size of the double and triple size rolls. Do they think we are so stupid that we would not notice? Back in the 50s, the soap industry conspired to formulate bar soap so it couldn't be hardened like you grandma used to do by stacking it unwrapped. Now all bar soap melts quickly when it gets wet. They all had to go along with it for it to work and they did, figuring that all would have increased sales if soap disappeared more quickly down the drain.
