Local newspapers, periodicals, newsletters & journals that they tend to read. Also women's magazines. If your community has a clubhouse, ask (the management) if you could throw a little "party" to introduce yourself & your products & make sure you have plenty of free samples to either give-away or raffle.

research my friend, research. where do the customers you seek go? Where do they live? what do they buy? where do they shop? Without a specific idea of the product, i cannot give you specific ideas. higher end customers do tend to use dry cleaners much more frequently, if you can do it, advertising on hangers for the cleaners in or near the neighborhoods and places of work where you customers are could do wonders, the usual deal is you provide the hangers with the advertising cover to the shops for free, and they use them. if going with tv spots, just before, during just after the late news is good. signage is always good, but you have to be careful to meet the codes in your area with that. flyers mailed directly to a customer base that suits you is SOMETIMES good, but it has to be done in such a way as to actually get them to look at it. depending on the product, sampling is always good, but might not be practical. if you would like better ideas, email me with specifics.

try reaching your target audience thru radio ads and half or 3/4 size newspaper ads. These can get expensive but it will show them that you have a definite product or service that will reach the market share you desire.
