As a real estate agent, I am trying to generate referrals from real estate, probate, divorce and bankruptcy attorneys. I am doing this by developing a website geared toward them. What would make an attorney refer business to a specific real estate agent? I am trying to come up with a Unique Selling Proposition that will cause these attorneys to want to refer their clients to us when they need to sell a property due to Divorce, Probate / Death, Court Ordered Sales and Pre-Foreclosures. We are very well versed in these areas of real estate/legal sales but don't know how to get this across to attorneys on a large scale without coming across as cheesy or fly by night. We want to put ourselves on the same level as partners to these attorneys. If you were an attorney, what could we say to you to consider referring your clients to us to sell their home? What kinds of experiences have you had in the past when referring to agents? What else can you tell me? What do they want? Thank You

It is wood and coal and cost almost $600 the winter of 05. Is $350 asking 2 much? It is like new. No scrathes or dents. All firebricks are in awesome shape. Not cracked or broken. I include 2 3x5 ft fireboads, all the piping, the ash rake and ash bucket and a 15 lb bag of coal.
Maybe the price is 2 high. Is that why I haven't sold it yet?
Are there some catch phrases or something that I should use to get ppls attention?
I am in Maine and it is getting cold.
This year we moved into a mobile home so I can't use it.

I'm creating a Web Site and have been researching ways to improve traffic. I already know what key words will work well. (I'm kind of new at this, but I am learning.)

My question: Where's the best place to put them? Should they be in the title? Should they be in the meta tags? Should they be in the document text? How about the underlined links?

Also, should I repeat the keywords many times or won't that get me any more hits.

This event is crucial for sustaining , increasing and improving community awareness of the organization that is hosting it.
A comprehensive guideline to planning such an event would be extremely helpful (as I do not have a marketing or organizational background, i'm trying to be an asset to the team that is organizing it, so any help is greatly appreciated). I have a website I built that is an affiliate to an online poker site (Mansion Poker). I put a lot of time into it and the deals I offer on the website are actually better than most of the bigger sites on the internet. The problem is I have zero traffic, which means zero sign-ups using my "bonus code." I've seen sites that look like scams, but they promise they'll get you so many people to pay and sign-up using your link/bonus code if you pay them a certain amount. Anyone know any safe, scam-proof ways to go about this? Thanks!

Once upon a time, the weather channel showed this annoying commercial that said "Head-On, apply directly to the forehead" (it's for headaches).

Then they apparently thought an improvement would be to have people come out and go "Head-On, apply directly to the forehead! Head-On, apply directly --- Head-On, I can't STAND your commercial, but your product is amazing!"

THIS IS NOT BETTER! First, you have to listen to the original "Head-On apply directly to the forehead" thing, then you get people who can't act coming out there and making the annoying commercial even more annoying by admitting the commercial is annoying.

Am I the only one this annoys???

I am an interior designer and have a steady stream of old clients who are very loyal to me, and so far majority of the work that I get is through word of mouth. I want to attract new clients but am not sure quite how to go about it and what would be my best options to market/advertise myself.
Plus as this is a small home run business budget is definitely an issue and I want to make the best use of the tiny amount I can afford to set aside.

So would appreciate it if I can get any ideas to market/advertise a small home run interior design business on the lowest possible budget.
