One area that is good to list your website is Yahoo Groups. Whatever your niche is, sign up with groups that relate to it. You will be surprised at the responce you will get. People join groups because they are interested in a particular subject. Find that subject, join that group and post. They will respond. You can report this process over and over again and before you know it your information is getting out to thousands.
