I am thinking about applying a trademark for my product name. The name contains two words, say "WordA WordB". I searched US patent and trademark website and found an existing trademark, the phrase is "WordB-WordA". So basically the reverse order of my two words with a dash. The description of the trademark and business industry is completely different than mine. There is definitely no similarity of the purpose of the phrase. Under such circumstances, do you think I can get mine registered? Thanks a ton!

The newest one with the black traveller (who looks like Sen. Barrack Obama) siting in the reclining chair, the bottle of champagne and window revealing the city to his left, and the tissues to his right is one of the most soothing commercials I've seen in a VERY long time.

Also the variation of the Flower Duet would be appreciated too. I play the piano and that flick in the beginning has the same effect as the new turn at the end of CBS' Sunday Morning show's trumpet theme song.

I want to see my designs in magazines, but not sure how to go about it. Do i write to the magazines and send in a sample of my work, or just write in and give them my website. I have thought about phoning them up, but I am very shy. I know it would help if I was more confident, but I worry they may turn around as say they don't like my designs or that they are naff.
I am willing to offer a discount to readers in the magazines to entice people to buy. I notice that Wedding Ideas magazine has companys mentioned in it that offer discounts for a limited period of time.
Any ideas at all would be great,

I list them, low prices...no sales. I start them out sometimes at one cent hoping to draw attention to them,still no sales.I check my sales sites and they are there for me,,,,,but that's in "my ebay" of course they are going to be there for me. Is it legal for a store to sell items at say 2 for $4, but one is priced $3? Similar to this in the summer when purchasing fruit or vegetables , there is often a price for one dozen, but if I buy 18 pieces, I have been charged the dozen price plus the individual price for the next six, but I think the price should be 1 and a half times the dozen price.
