2)how can i get money by advertising others classifieds in different web sites

4)is it legal
5) because i don't want to cheat the people and earn money

I've seen cars with these shells on them for M&M's and stuff, and seen the websites where people are getting paid for driving cars with huge ads on them or getting free cars with ads on them,
Anyway to contact the company's that do that stuff without paying for a membership or a list???

If you're familiar with those little comics from www.chick.com then you know what I'm looking for. I want to sell something and want to make pamphlets just like those, who can print them up for me? They would have to be able to take designs over the internet. A web based service would be great.
