I recently moved into a large building, and asked if management could change the mailbox lock just in case previous tenants still had the key. I was told, because of management policies, and the nature of the secure locks they use, they only change locks if it is broken or for other reasons, but not just because a new tenant requests it.

I was then assured, that previous tenants are required to return all keys. That isn't any consolation, because you never know how many keys were made.

The condo is privately owned and I am renting from the owners. I would think, the owners would be able to make that request? I would be willing to pay the bill. Also, the owners didn't have a problem with having the locks changed for me. I may just have my mail forwarded to the main post office.

OK I was pondering this question. We all know that in many states illegal workers are being used to build new homes and that they are being paid way less than a documented worker or a citizen. But the builders are charging us the full amount as if they were legal.

Now don't you think we're entitled to a refund based on that statement? A nice class action lawsuit?

The only way to get a job is to make up answers for those silly job interview questions. Like what are your strenghts and weaknesses. If you say I really am a good sleeper but I am just not that good at getting along with evil bosses, you will not get the job even if it is true. If you say my weakness is that I try to hard to do a good job, then that is the right answer. If they ask why are you interested in this job and you say that you are desperate for the money they don't like the answer. You have to say it is what you have always wanted and you are so excited to do it you do not care what they pay you. Are the interviewers stupid or just sadistic?

I have started a new business, but don't know where to look for customers.. The obvious answer is Pet Shops, but they consider me competition because I sell aquariums, equipment and fish. But I also offer many services, such as installation, set up and maintenance of saltwater and freshwater aquariums. I am seeking commercial and residential customers. Just don't quite know where/how to advertise (farm).

I chose to the the pastoral work on a full time basis. Yet, my present income is not sufficient for me, as I am married, and my wife is studying in a higher institution and I pay her bills. I wish to know how I could work from home through the internet, to earn some reasonable amount of money at my own convinient pace, without being physically attached to any company.

I am a published author and enjoys reading and writing so much.
