No! NO! NO!

It doesn't matter what job you are interviewing for. You get one chance to make a first impression. You must dress conservatively no matter what. Black with black is too dark. And the flowers are totally inappropriate for an interview. For men dark suit, with a white shirt and blue tie. Woman if its not a "suit" should go with black skirt and off white blouse with black shoes with no designs like flowers.

Might sound like a uniform and that you are conforming, but you can dress differently after you get the job.

its ok to wear black for a skirt, but to waer all black from top to bottom, its not a good idea. In a job interview you want to let the interviewer have a light feeling or a positive vibe from you. Wearing light colors appeal better than the all black. Also by adding tan flowers as youre accessories is also not a got idea in an all black outfit in terms of having that interview, simply because theres chances of distracting the interview with that flowers, since its the only object that is light

Do not wear a short skirt or anything that will show leg when you sit and cross your legs. I would suggest a black skirt with a white dress shirt and a blazer over that. You should wear a 'womens' suit on a job interview.

Wear an outfit which is very polite and looks clean. Since u are going for a job in the hospital, please choose light color outfit, like creamy, white or light grey color. Your skirt or long pants can be in black or grey (if u do not have creamy color long pants) but not your shirt, do not wear sleeveless shirt, Do not wear high heel more than 2 inches. Put on a very light make make, your hair must be tied, do not put down! Bear in mind; whatever in light color will make people feel easy to deal with you. Good Luck!!

IT depends on the job you are after. Go to the library and check out a book that has what to wear to an interview. " What Not to Wear", Susannah Constantine, Trinny Woodall

sounds OK to me.

BUT, is there a way you could go to the area around that office a day or 2 ahead of time, and see what they wear? That would give you more information AND more confidence in your selection.

you want to dress up a little more than that.

It sounds good.

Just make sure the skirt is not to short and the shirt does not expose to much.

black for a hospital? doesn't make sense to me. why dont you try something brighter, some colors or so. you could also wear jeans, I mean who cares. I mean I dont know about the states but here in europe you could.

Skirt is fine. The shirt should not be too loud and distracting.
