I got this one cousin who used up my name to apply for his car loan. I hesitate but just to satisfy him, I did gave all the proper documents needed to hire purchase the car to him and I did sign the loan form but at that time I thought the loan wont be approved because I dont have any car license(thats 1 of the requirement to hire purchase a car). And all of this was done not at the bank but at a bus stop !(thats where i sign the form, really..). And eventually the loan got approved. Its OK with me then as long as my cousin pay up the instalment. But now after 2 years, the cousin got some financial problem and didnt pay the car instalment, and I have received notice from the bank lawyers. What should I do?

I have invested for my firm , a very large sum in bonds issued by a US based company. The company is now going for corporate restructuring and is expected to be broken up. I wish to acertain what are my rights as a bond holder. Who will repay my debt back ?

Have I to be a mere spectator to this break up ,and the company's directors/management has un lim ited right to repay my debt at their choice?

I moved to Lancaster SC right out of high school, my mother had gotten on drugs when I was 13 years old. We lost everything and was put out of our place of 17 years when I turn age 17. I was excepted into college, but didn't attend. I moved to SC after my grandfather had passed away, to help my mother I got a job and sent for her. She lived 10 good years and free of drugs. Until she passed in 2003, I had relocated to NC to better myself and get on my feet. However when she became ill with cancer, I moved back to Lancaster SC. I've just been doing bad every sense, there is no jobs here. I'm a intelligent person, smart, I've held some good jobs in the past. I just can't seem to find a work here. I'm so tired of doing bad. I'm ill myself, and don't know when my disease is going to claim mylife. I've always put myself out for other people, helping other where is my help? Can someone please make donations to me or assist me in finding help to get on my feet, and get my life together?

I'm not paying because in the contract it says that within the first five months, my kitchen floor will be replaced, my broken dishwasher will be replaced, and my closet door will be fixed. It has been seven months and I am withholding my rent. I just got a letter saying that if I don't pay withing the next month, I'll be kicked out. Should I have my lawyer do something or what?

I always hate when people try to help me out at stores. Now I work at one of those stores where they train you to be what I would call a pushy sales person. Im 23 years old. My last credit score in February was 649. I want to apply for some money to build a house but i dont even know where to start. Here's the situation...I just started a new job in a production plant..I have never worked in production; so it is very new to me. I was chosen to learn about running a huge oven that is like bigger than my house. I am a little nervous about it. The girl who is teaching me has so far this week chastized me for coming in five minutes after her on Monday and Tuesday(this was the time my supervisor told me to be there), criticized me for various things that I have done incorrectly but didn't know any different. She is not a supervisor or anything. She has done this type of work before and is very quick. I talked to my supervisor about it twice yesterday. The second time I almost just walked out because I just don't think I have to take that critical behavior. The supervisor had a meeting with all of us and told us to stop but kept looking at me. I did not go to work today; I just feel like crap about it all and it wasn't my fault. Would you go back?
