I am 18f this year and I have had acne since I was 12. I thought I would outgrow this problem but I haven't. Last time, it was only on my t zone but now, things have gotten bad and it actually grows all over my face, even under my nose and my earlobes .i suffer breakouts every other day.It is really frustrating because its not only itchy but sensitive and painful to touch. It is rather unpleasant to the sight too.
can someone help me? are there any good products? I have tried many but to no avail. The doctor says I may have pcos and that is causing the breakouts.I have tried tetracycline pills but they are not very effective.

I do not want to take the pill as it causes me to have bloating and nausea. I would appreciate it if someone could help me, thanks!

Personnaly i swear by drinking 8 glasses of water per day or even more it also works better when the water is warmed.
ur skin becomes soft and supple, u dont eat alot n ur stomach will never bloat thus it stays flat.

I have mild acne. I had been using tea tree cream which was keeping the acne under control, but was not making it dissappear. My pharmacist recommended that I use Benzoyl Peroxide (the strong one - number ten) once a day. I used it Tuesday night and on Wednesday my spots were worse. So last night (Wednesday) I decided to put a bit more on my face before going to bed. This morning I woke up with my face red were I put the cream and it feels burnt. I couldn't go to school. What can I do to calm the redness down for now? and what will I do about using Benzoyl Peroxide in the future?
