This is tough with not knowing a bit more. Some people simply do not gain weight, others can't lose it. Good nutrition still holds in this case. Eating everything doesn't mean you're eating right. you need a balanced diet first. Carbs, fibre, protein. Ever pick up a bodybuiling mag? Oxygen is a good one.
Eating junk won't help and when you get older these bad habits will come back to haunt you. If you eat right and exercise, then you can add protein bars or those energy shakes to your diet.

Pl take one or two glass of hot water in the morning before taking Tea or coffee.Not too hot. After a month or two u 'll see some reduction in weight. slowly other unwanted muscles also will reduce.If U continue for ever, not only weight will be lose, your weight will not gain also.At any stage u can stop. Try this. Definetly u 'll not let down. This will reduce constipation problem also.

Okay,i can only summise that you are very young person,so to be very honest you don`t` have a problem with your weight!!remember as you mature you will naturaly gain weight,however if you are really intent on gaining weight as i was, here`s my secret!The first thing you may need to do is start weight training,you will start to increase your muscle volume,and as this increases you will find you will gain weight,you will become more active,so your body will require more vitimins and you will eat even more,not only will you look great! your self esteme will be as high as a kite!Remember,you don`t need to lift heavy weight,just take your time progress slowly,and in time you will have the body of a gladiator,but you must want to,hope this helps Jeff.

YOU HAVE EAT EVERYTHING . people want to lose weight not gain . But i think eating the sweet will let you gain weight but if you didn't gain more weight that mean your body can't gain weight soooooo easy . Also if you gain alot of weight do ask us about how to lose a weght :)

it ll really works....try this
1)eat one gram of cheese daily
2)eat 6 bananas daily
4)take bearable hot water add one table spoon of olive oil n honey in it n drink every day in morning after u wake up
5)3)take an apple b4 breakfast
6)massage Unboiled Milk Of goat on Ur whole body.
7)take a food supplement, its "SPIRULINA"
2 tablets 15 mins after meals, 3 times a day.

Sleep as moree time as u can. U know kajol's favourite task is to sleep? That's why she is quite fatter than other acctresses in India, she is beautiful too ;)

y do u need to put on uweight?? weigh about the rite amount. im 5ft 5 and weigh about the same as u.
