vitamin e tablets its good. In food eat lots of green vegetables, lot of water and fruits.

Taking raw carrots everyday morning can help you to get a glowy skin .you can also drink lemon juice.Drinking carrot juice helps us a lot but you should be able to drink it.drink lots of water daily.avoid oily items and fat items.Bye
