The first and most imp is Infection, Secondly it takes around 4-8 weeks to heal. The thirdly, there are some imp veins and arteries that should be carefully avoided else there are mosre problem.
But frankly speaking, only purvert get all these thins done, as other wise no body gives them a second look.

you can swollow your tongue.. but i have mine done and it bleed every mornin but its grand now and i love it
