I was just wondering, what do women want these days? What happened to the days of men who were men? Are guys with chest hair, mustaches, beards, rough, and tough, are out?

Most guys that women seem to go ga-ga over look more like women. Shaved bodies, tanning beds, manicures and pedicures, day spas, designer clothes and shopping sprees.

I'm all for being clean and well groomed. But what happened to Ivory soap, speedstick, and a nice cologne?

So girls, Manly Men or Girly Men, what do you want?

I hear differing opinons. Some are irritated with its obvious marketing ploy--as ingeniuous as it is since the number one audience who pile up on beauty products are those with low self-esteem. However, Dove is a company; a business that needs to make money in order to thrive and compete. That's the black and white issue.
But what people seem to forget in their anti-dove arguments is that what other beauty company actually organizes self-esteem programs (In the UK) for young girls and puts forth an effort to inform the world that little girls hurt themselves emotionally. Personally, I wish I had something like this when I was 12-13 when I only ate 90-200 calorie meals twice a day and worked out for over an hour and was scared of the mirror. The pain started when I was 9 and realized I didn't look a thing like the adored cover-girls.
Do you honestly think that Dove is not doing the right thing?

As a stocking stuffer, I'm making my mom an emergency beauty bag with stuff like deo, mints, Tylenol, mini toothbrush and toothpaste, mini hair brush, mini lint roller, tide stain removal stick and so forth. Any other ideas?

I've always wanted to model, but am not willing to sacrafice my standards for work (ex...nudity, provocative poses, etc.). Does anyone with any experience know whether or not it would be worth my time to look into this seriously?

I see where alot of men like them for comfort or skin protection but are afraid to go out in public. They are afraid of being labeled gay or just being mocked!! i don't see anything wrong with it. I say to each his own if your comfortable wear it!!
