but i think:
below the waist jeans, boots, cute blouse to match, lg handbag would be cute....and some big sunglasses

Lots of things! If you wear skinny jeans with leather like boots over them, thats always really nice on slim girls. Things that hang off the shoulder... longer sweaters with leggins are cute. If you just want to bum around, wear skinny jeans and a cute pair of flats. You can pretty much get dressed up in anything, really.
