I just bought one of those belts that give a tummy workout and started using it yesterday. If anyone has used it before I'd like to know their experience and whether they got the results they wanted. Please be nice :)

wherever i am i always see someone crossing their legs (at the knee) i've seen so many people do it mainly women. my gilfriend always crosses her legs when she sits no matter what she is wearing. i was just curious why people do it, and do you notice when you do or out of habbit?

I smacked my right thumb nail really hard... and part of my nail split and I see a thin white line from the splitting point of my nail to the roots. I simply cut out the splitting part.. hoping to let it grow out... but it continues to grow out splitting at the same spot. My first question would be: will it be possible for the nail to grow out as one piece?? Is there any products or methods that could help?
