i weigh 53kgs, female and i'm non vegetarian, prefer eating rice over chapatis. is there any way i get a sexy toned figure like the models without cutting down non veg food and rice? wat are the do's and dont's i shud follow? and how many hrs in a day shud i work out?

Let me answer your question part by part

Question : i weigh 53kgs, female and i'm non vegetarian, prefer eating rice over chapatis.

Answer : You should give your Height also to calculte the Weight to Height ratio. To reduce weight you must reduce rice and chappathi which is full of carbohydrates. Take more fruit and protein diet.

Answer : There is always a way for everything. Non veg food is OK but rice you will have to reduce to max 200 g of cooked rice per day. and max of 1 teaspoon oil

Answer : Do exercise ; Don't over eat


and how many hrs in a day shud i work out?

That depends on your current height and weight. More than simply working out shaping needs special gym equipments. contact the near by gym

Hi i cannot assure you how long it can take. But why dont you join a gym. If you dont like doing lots of exercise and at the same time you enjoy dancing than find a class where they make you dance daily or atleast 4 times a week continuously for an hr. Or if you are not interested in either than i suggest Kick Boxing if you do it religiously its the fastest way of reducing weight.

If you follow these directions step by step you'll do very well...
You should be excersizing moderately to begin with for a minimum of 20 mins. per day to begin with each day add 5 minutes till you reach 60 minutes...Your excersize should consist of stretching firstly and walky at a brisk pace then stretching when done...
After the first two weeks your fat will be shedding greatly and now to tone muscle...These excersizes can be performed outside in a nice area or indoors and require no equipment other than simple things...After stretching, place a large towel on the floor and lay down on it on your side, lift your leg 10 times on each side, in a bent and non bent position, gradually increase the amount to 20-30 repetitions...lay flat on your back with knees bent, gently roll up using your stomach muscles only to assist you, do not pull your neck up, touch your elbows to your knees OR as far as your level of fitnees will allow. While standing take two canned soups and place one in each hand, lift the can bending the arm at the elbow towards the shoulder 10-20 repetitions per arm...
You must still continue the walking routine, after walking becomes to simple you may stretch first and jog or run. Drink LOTS of water everyday to keep slim...

For along term benefits, you should try cardio exercises such as jogging or bicycle for approx. 30-45minutes followed by light weight training (30minutes approx.) with lots of repetitions (to build toned lean muscles, not bulky ones). You can do a 6-day routine with one day off or every second day. For example, Mondays and Wednesdays you can do arms and stomach, Tuesdays and Thrusday you can do back and legs, Fridays general workout and Saturdays something realxing such as Pilates or Yoga.

You shoudl see changes in your body in approximately 1 month and as you continue, it will only get better. Good luck!

Stay away from processed foods (i.e. Soda, Candy, refined sugar, any thing artificial) and only eat all natural foods like meats, vegetables, fruit, etc...

Remember ......the more muscle you have, the more you can eat without gaining weight....(that's why guys can eat more than women). Muscle burns calories....Fat does not.... Fat is just dead weight.

Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle weights about 3 times as much as fat..... so your weight shouldn't be that important..... your body fat percentage is much more important.

For exercise...... you should do a lot of sit ups and leg exercises.


To answer your question ........... IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO EAT LESS....... THEN YOU SHOULD EXERCISE MORE.

Don't eat and smoke alot if you want model figures. If you want healthy toned figure: Exercise can get you a good figure and cut down on breads and eat mostly protein and lowfat meals. Weight train atleast 4x a week and cardio 6x a week.

I hope you are not talking about those bone toned figures of most models.... Well,.... you didn't mention your height, so I don't know if you are overweight or if this is your ideal weight. Go to your local Fitness club... they will help you achieve your goal. They might even help you with nutrition and all.
