There is no proof of it. If a woman's skin looked great during her pregnancy, and since the hormone levels are similar while breastfeeding, anything is possible.
But there are so many other benefits to breastfeeding, that whether or not it helps her skin shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Breastfeeding is good for you because it:
is convenient and less costly
helps your uterus to stay firm and to shrink it can
keep you healthier by helping to reduce your risk of
breast cancer, later in life
but it does not stop pimples and acne

It i only a myth, not actually proved.
Breast feeding does hav its own advantages and disadvantages, but not what u say. No evidence
