Ibuprofen will take the redness and swelling down...take 2 before bed and you will be good to go in the morning. Also, if you get it done again, take 2 about 30-45 minutes before your appt. and you won't get so red ;-)

ok- don't panic- i'm a pro at gettin eyebrows waxed and trust me that redness will be gone by tomorrow without u putting stuff on it. the person who waxed em should've put a cooling creme or gel on the brows but if she didn't, try applying a very thin layer of very thin, moisturiz-ey lotion after washing with some cool water and dabbing the area dry with a soft cloth. good luck and don't worry- u'll look great tmrw!!!

I'd suggest putting ice on them. Any kind of moisturising lotion should be good, but it depends on what the skin is like around there. Something for sensitive or dry skin may be good.
Try any of the Dove brand products. They are fairly good.
But definately ice them. Normally you are supposed to ice it straight after the hairs get pulled out to minimise the pain and swelling.

No worries! The swelling is sure to go down before you wake up in the morning. Try vaseline or any type of cream with oils in them. This will relieve the pain and mellow out the redness. Good luck!

Aloe vera...whenever I get my brows waxed, she puts aloe on. Also, the redness should go away by tomorrow. If not, even if you don't wear makeup normally, just put a little concealer on. But again, you shouldn't need to...

Don't panic, its common. I agree with advil. That will help over night and don't put to much on the skin. You may experience a skin rash from trying to much. Just plain ice works best.

;-) Try soaking it in warm water or a damp warm washcloth. Mine stays red for a few days. Just sensitive skin. It will look better in the morning though

if they were a reputable salon they should've put on a cooling gel after waxing. they should return to normal in a couple of hours. just make sure you moisturize after washing your face.
