What exactly is considered "cheap perfume"?

Often said about women, particularly in a love triangle, is their "cheap perfume". What makes a perfume cheap? The price? If so, what range is cheap? Or is it the ingredients? What makes a perfume cheap? (Other than the obvious drugstore "if-you-like-Giorgio" imitations.)

For those people that wear contacts...?

I have been wearing contacts for 3 years and just started having problems with them. I sit at a computer all day, but I dont know if this is the prob. or not. Anyways, corner of my eyes are getting real red, and dry. Soon as I put drops in my eyes burn. I just put in new contacts a while ago. Do I have an eye infection or is this just from looking at a computer all day?
