My toe nails grow slower than my finger nails. I go every 2 weeks for my manicure and every 4 weeks for my pedicure. Now, if it's been a hard week on my feet and I'm all stressed out I might go twice in a month.

Pedicure- at the minimum every 2weeks depending on how often you were open toed shoes

Manicure- every week to week and half depending on how often you use your hands to do things like wash dishes

*Its usually good to have the tech apply base coat in order to make the mani/pedi last longer

No offense, but some of you are frighteningly spoiled.

I've never had a professional manicure or pedicure in my life, and it never stopped me from being pretty, lol.

Every 2 weeks is what all of my nail technicians have recommended. I usually do every 3 weeks though when i get mine done a lot. Just kind of as needed, i guess.

for mani's-every other week is good, you don't want them to look like they are growing out that much, pedi's-you can go about a month if you do some on your own in the shower (foot scrub and pumices)
