well i would saying being in style, flattering your body type, and feeling confident.. look in magazines for the latest trends... seventeen and teen vogue are very good... i also remember seventeen having trendy clothes that are pretty cheap... also aeropostale, american eagle, and abercrombie are very popular and r my fav stores... also ripped jeans, and short denim skirts r in style now... also wearing jewelry will add to ur outfit.. wedges are in style right now, for shoes...

The main thing to be sure of in clothing is the fit, not the brand. Always, always try on clothing before you buy it. If it looks at all off do not buy it. Some styles do not look right on different body types, find your perfect style and stick with it. Experimentation is good, but the fit should be just right or the look is ruined. Get opinions from people who are honest if you're not sure. Developing a relationship with the personnel in a shop can be very helpful in this area. Do not let them talk you into something just because it's new though. Remember to check all seams for flaws and loose stitches. You should be able to pull gently, but firmly on a garment without it losing it's shape. If it does lose the shape do not buy it, it's worthless.

listen im 12 im going in the 7th grade and i wear nice clothes and im not popular so....wear anything that u want and if u have a great personality then people should like u! and everyone is popular in their own way!

it depends on what grade ur in .im going into 6 grade and im popular .i just wear what i want and it becomes cool! be yourself smile and be nice 2 everyone! trust me it works!

Clothes should not determine your popularity. Be who you want to be even if it means dressing differently. If your social status is defined by what you wear all that it means is that you are a fake.

That really depends on who you want to like you. It is best to buy clothes that fit your body type and that you feel comfortable in. When clothes meet this criteria, you will feel confident and that attracts more people to you. I hope this helped.

It isn't worth being popular if it depends on what you are wearing. Just go with what you feel comfortable in, and what flatters your body type. Trends suck.
